Executives

Jonathan Griffith joined the team in October 2010 after a five-year tenure as the Vice President/General Manager for the Potomac Nationals (High Class A; Carolina League). Prior to coming to the Nationals, he was the Assistant General Manager of the Kinston Indians (High Class A; Carolina League) and Stadium Operations Manager for the Richmond Braves (Class AAA; International League). Griffith was the Assistant Director of Stadium Operations for the Carolina Panthers in 2003. In March of 2015, Griffith was promoted to President of the Blue Wahoos and placed on the Blue Wahoos Board of Trustees. Later in 2015, he was named President of Studer Entertainment and Retail.

Griffith earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from High Point University and a Masters Degree in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

A native of Maryland, Jonathan is an avid fan of the Maryland Terrapins and Washington Redskins. In his downtime, he also enjoys fishing, the beach, and adventures with his children, Callie and JC.

Steve enters his first season with the Blue Wahoos after spending the 2022 season as the Director of Corporate Partnerships with the Tennessee Smokies (If you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em!). Steve spent the 2021 season as the General Manager of the Kingsport Axmen after having served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Louisville Bats. Steve's prior experience also includes roles with IMG Learfield at Miami University (OH), the Cincinnati Reds, the Gwinnett Braves as well as General Manager of the Burlington Royals. 2006 marked his first year working in baseball while completing an internship with the Memphis Redbirds.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Steve graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business. Outside of his love for baseball, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, watching sports and playing basketball, golf and tennis.

Raised in southern California, Donna Kirby relocated to Pensacola in January of 2009, and is proud to call Florida home. Prior to joining the Blue Wahoos' front office staff, Donna's career was mainly based in the entertainment industry working for such leaders as Warner Bros, NBC/Universal, and The Walt Disney Company. During her tenure with the Blue Wahoos, Donna has managed several departments including merchandise, community relations, promotions, non-traditional revenue, and stadium operations. In her role as Vice President of Operations, Donna manages an award-winning game day staff and oversees a robust surveying platform that has helped earn the Wahoos the title of #1 Fan Experience in Minor League Baseball. Donna studied Economics at California State University, Long Beach. On her days away from the stadium, Donna enjoys spending time with her dog, Maggie, learning new recipes for vegan cooking and exploring all of the exciting things there are to do along the Florida Gulf Coast.

Administration

Pam joins the Wahoos Front Office Staff after many years of creating exceptional fan experience as a Blue Wahoos gameday usher. She is originally from Tennessee but calls Florida home, as she has lived here since she was three years old. Pam has a dog named bruiser and in her off time she enjoys watching sports, going to the beach, traveling and helping her son grow his new franchise, i9 Sports, as his Marketing Director.

Finance

Kathleen "Kathy" Cadwell joined the Blue Wahoos in 2022. She is currently the CFO for the Studer Family of Companies but began working with the organization in 2014 as the Director of Finance for Studer Properties and was promoted to CFO in 2017. Entertainment and retail were added to Cadwell’s plate in 2022 in addition to managing real estate properties and development projects. Cadwell attended Troy University where she studied accounting to earn her B.S. in Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Cadwell was offered, and accepted, a position with a local CPA firm one year before graduating with her MBA which is what brought her to Pensacola. Cadwell has been in the accounting and finance field since 2002, where she spent the first five years of her career as a financial statement auditor, worked with Creek Indian Enterprises Authority overseeing the financials of approximately twelve diverse companies and spent some time in the finance department of a healthcare company. She enjoys spending time with her husband and twin sons hunting, kayaking, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.

Sales

Brandon was born and raised in Westerville, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Administration. Brandon joined the Blue Wahoos staff in January of 2021 as a box office intern and trainee before being promoted to the Business Development Executive. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends/family, watching sports and movies, and playing golf.

Tyler was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. He graduated from Troy University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a minor in Hospitality Management. This will be Tyler's second year on the Blue Wahoos Staff, previously working as an operations intern/trainee. In his free time, Tyler enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Steven joined the Blue Wahoos prior to the 2019 season as a Corporate Sales Executive. A native of Orlando, FL., he attended Flagler College, graduating with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Economics. After college, he spent two years as Stadium Operations Manager for the Jacksonville Suns, a season as an Account Executive for the West Virginia Power, and two years as Director of Sales for the Beloit Snappers. When not at the office, he enjoys cheering on the Orlando Magic and Green Bay Packers and exploring Pensacola with his wife.

Emily was born and raised in Easley, SC. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and her Master of Science in Sport Management at Southern Methodist University. Emily started her career with the Wahoos as a Group Sales trainee before becoming full time in the Group Sales department. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching sporting events.

As the Events Sales Manager, Shannon Hannah oversees the event spaces within Studer Family of Companies, including Blue Wahoos Stadium, the Bodacious Shops, 5eleven Palafox and the Studer Community Institute Building, all in downtown Pensacola. Originally from Clearwater, FL, Shannon graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communication. She began her career as Wedding and Events Coordinator at Pensacola Country Club before launching her own wedding planning business, where she planned and coordinated weddings and events with clients in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Tallahassee and across the southeast. She has been in her position with the Studer Family of Companies since 2017.

Communications

Anthony hails from Richland Center, WI and attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.A. in Media Arts and Game Development, minoring in Graphic Design. He spent 6 years in the Sports & Entertainment business prior to joining the Blue Wahoos, with time spent at the Iowa Wild Hockey Club and with the University of Wisconsin Badger Athletics in various creative roles. In Anthony's free time, he enjoys hanging out or exploring with his wife, Arica, and his two kids, Madison and McKenna.

Erik joined the Blue Wahoos in February 2022 as the team's play-by-play voice after previous stops with the Biloxi Shuckers, Colorado Springs Sky Sox, Potomac Nationals and Fredericksburg Nationals. In addition to his time at every full-season level of the minors, he has broadcast games in the Cape Cod Baseball League and the Australian Baseball League. Erik broadcasts all home and road games on the Blue Wahoos Baseball Network, traveling with the team throughout the season to share the team's stories with our fans. He also plays a central role in the team's media relations efforts and contributes on social media. In the offseason, Erik serves as the television broadcaster for the Pensacola Ice Flyers hockey team.

A Pensacola Sports Hall of Famer for his terrific coverage of athletics in the Panhandle during a 32-year career with the Pensacola News Journal, Bill joins the Blue Wahoos and Studer55 as their Senior Writer in January 2019. His award-winning coverage has included MLB All-Star Weekend, the FIFA World Cup, the Olympics, the Super Bowl, five Masters tournaments, the NCAA Final Four, the NCAA National Title Game, Major League Spring Training, and every season of Pensacola Pelicans and Blue Wahoos baseball.

Ballpark Operations

Mike Crenshaw joined the Blue Wahoos in March of 2012. He is a native of Pensacola. Before joining the Wahoos, Mike was the Park and Building Maintenance Manager for the City of Pensacola. Mike is active in volunteering his time in his community and church. He also coaches and umpires baseball for the inner city league. Mike is married to his high school sweetheart and they share three wonderful children together and now have three grandchildren. When he's not working at the ballpark, he can be found riding his bike, traveling, playing softball or spending time with his friends and family.

Mike "Fitz" Fitzpatrick joined us in January 2022 as the Facility Manager of the Blue Wahoos. Originally a Chicago native, Fitz brings an extensive background in facility management as lead engineer with the city of Chicago for 30 years. He also has experience in restaurant business as owner and manager of the Cork and Kerry pub in Chicago for 29 years.

Scotty joins us from Richmond, VA where he was the Assistant Director of Field Operations for the Richmond Flying Squirrels. Before that, he worked for the University of Richmond as a Turf Specialist maintaining eight synthetic and three natural sports fields. He obtained a Bachelor’s in Sport Management from GCU, and is currently completing the Ecology and Turf Management program at Virginia Tech.

He and his wife Jessica, have three boys Tyler 22, Ben 21, and Brad 17. Tyler and Brad made the move with them. They also have two dogs, Penzey and Kona. Jess is a nurse and Brad is a senior in high school.

Scotty is a huge baseball fan, and recently found a new interest in playing Golf, or at least trying to he says. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking , paddleboarding, and hiking. Scotty and Jess also enjoy local events and activities like farmers markets, street art shows and concerts.

Food and Beverage

Eric was Raised in Pensacola, FL where he attended the University of West Florida from 2008-2011 and then begin working in the front office of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball team.

In November 2015, Eric and his wife, Chelsea, started Delta Life Fitness in Jacksonville, FL. A life long goal of running their own business was achieved by being able to help women in their community achieve their goals of living healthier lives.

While living in Jacksonville, Eric began working as the Food and Beverage Manager for the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in February 2016. He planned and executed concerts, caterings, and events, such as, Eric Church, Zac Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phish, Pink, Carrie Underwood, Kevin Hart, Kat Williams, NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, National Curling Championships, Disney on Ice and various others throughout his tenure.

Eric is extremely excited to rejoin the Pensacola Blue Wahoos and return to Pensacola as the GM of Food and Beverage. He and his wife have a 6 month old boy named Conner. Eric also enjoys playing sports, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Kylie was raised in Pensacola, FL where she graduated from Tate High School before joining the Wahoos in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and hanging out with friends/family.

Annah grew up in the Pensacola area and briefly lived in Panama City, Florida. She is currently attending The University of West Florida to earn her Bachelors in Exercise Science, and also plans to earn her Masters Degree in Athletic Training. This will be Annah's fourth season with the Blue Wahoos. Prior to accepting the F&B Manager position, she spent her first three seasons as a bartender. In Annah's free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and family. She also enjoys going to sporting events and family events around Pensacola, as well as attending concerts and reading.

Travis Wilson is very excited to be returning to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. He has lived in Pensacola for most of his life and is proud to be a part of this organization. Travis was with the Wahoos for 6 seasons from 2012 until 2018. He made the tough decision to leave the Wahoos to help open a restaurant in his neighborhood of East Hill. He is very appreciative of the opportunity to come back and be a part of the Wahoos Organization. Travis has extensive experience in various styles of cuisine and service executing events, such as, the ARC Gateway Gala, ACC Basketball Tournaments, Wake Forest University Football games, and Golden Gala Events in Tallahassee, Florida.

Travis and his wife Leah have twin 4 year old boys, Oliver and Braxton and they are proud to live in Pensacola.

Carl was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. Prior to joining the Wahoos in 2018, he worked at Jackson's Steakhouse, Urban Swinery and Global Grill. In Carl's free time, he enjoys disk golf, hanging with his reptiles, growing micro green and listening to music.
