Never-A-Wasted Ticket Policy
If you are unable to attend a game in your ticket package, simply return your tickets to the box office at Dow Diamond before the day of the game, and we will exchange them for tickets to any future game (based on availability). Tickets may also be redeemed after the game has occurred for lawn seats (based on availability).

While joining the Great Lakes Loons family feels great, it's also important to know that you're in good hands. Our customer service team is always there to answer your questions, whether they are related to our stadium policies or about an upcoming event.
We even offer the Never-a-Wasted Ticket Policy with our memberships and You Pick Plans. This hassle-free policy allows you to exchange tickets for any game before its date for tickets to a future game. If you have lawn seats, you can even exchange them after the game has occurred. In both instances, availability determines the exchange.
