Haley joined the team at the start of the new year of 2022 as the Sales & Marketing Assistant. She now has the title of Coordinator, Fan & Community Engagement. As the Fan & Community Engagement Coordinator, she oversees all aspects of the Community Commitment Program, player appearances, and donation requests. Previously, she's worked with the New York Yankees, USF Athletics, and Super Bowl LV. She is originally from Cedar Grove, New Jersey and earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa. She fills most of her free time by working out, spending time with friends, watching sports, and visiting family. Haley currently resides in Tampa.

Nolan Bialek joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2016. As Manager, Tickets Sales and Services, Nolan oversees group sales, single game tickets, ticket packages, and the day to day box office operations. A native of Naperville, Illinois, Nolan moved to Florida to attend The University of Tampa and graduated in 2016. His career in baseball has included working for the New York Yankees Spring Training and the Toronto Blue Jays/Dunedin Blue Jays. He enjoys golfing, watching baseball, and visiting the local beaches. Nolan resides in Tampa.

Sara joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2023. Her career started in the box office during Spring Training, and she now has a full-time position at the Coordinator, Ticket Operations. As Coordinator, she oversees ticket office operations, ticketing systems, and supports ticketing components at the ballpark. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2022 with her B.S. in Kinesiology. Originally from Timonium, MD, a suburb of Baltimore, she currently resides in St. Petersburg. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Travis joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2022. As an Account Manager, he oversees group outings and hospitality areas. Travis is a West Virginia native who has been involved with professional, collegiate, or high school athletics for the past 15 years. Before joining the Marauders, he worked within the Data Operations Department of MLB. He graduated from Marshall University with both his bachelors and masters degree while also securing a second masters degree from the American College of Education. In his free time away from LECOM Park, Travis enjoys working out, time with family and friends, and catching as many “Cannonball coming!” calls from Greg Brown as he can on MLB.TV. Travis and his family currently reside in Parrish, Florida.

Tyler Skipper joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2020 after graduating from Southeastern University in 2019. As Stadium Operations Coordinator Tyler oversees setup and tear down of any games or events at LECOM park and any other day to day operations at LECOM Park. Originally from Brooksville, Florida, Tyler attended Southeastern University, served on the School of Honors Leadership Team and work on the game operations team. Tyler also worked for the Leesburg Lightning, a member of the Florida Collegiate Summer League. While not in the ballpark, Tyler still enjoys watching other sports including other baseball games, football, and hockey. Tyler also enjoys golfing during his free time

Amanda has been with Sodexo or the Pirates organization at LECOM Park for the last four years as a lead during Pirates Spring Training and Marauders Season as well as providing support for special events. As General Manager of food, beverage and retail at LECOM Park, she oversees concessions and the Marauders store both in the ballpark and online. In addition to her employment with Sodexo, for the past 8 years she worked in HR and Talent Administration. Prior to that she spent 10 years in back-office banking overseeing the night operations for remittance, forward check collection and statement printing. Growing up in Maine she became a fan of New England sports following the Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots. In an effort to get away from the snow and cold, in 2015, Amanda moved to Florida. Still avid sports fans, Amanda and her 15-year-old daughter have added the Pirates, Lightning and Buccaneers to their team allegiances! They also enjoy playing trivia and everything living in Florida has to offer.
